Name — so our guide knows who to expect
Phone number / WhatsApp — to coordinate pickup and communicate during the tour
Email address — to send your booking confirmation
Hotel name and room number — so our driver can pick you up
Number of guests (adults, children, infants) — to prepare the right vehicle and equipment
Special requirements — dietary needs, accessibility needs, if you choose to share
What We Do NOT Collect: We do not collect your passport number, ID number, date of birth, credit card details on our servers, social media profiles, or any information beyond what is needed for your tour.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you browse our website, standard web technologies may collect:

This is standard for all websites and is used to improve our site experience. This data is anonymous and cannot identify you personally.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your personal data is used for one purpose only: operating your tour. Specifically:
Sending booking confirmations and tour details via email and SMS
Coordinating hotel pickup with our drivers
Communicating schedule changes or important updates
Staying in contact during your tour day via WhatsApp or phone
Handling any post-tour support or follow-up you request

Your information is shared only with the people who need it to operate your tour:
Your tour guide — receives your name, number of guests, and pickup location
Your driver — receives your hotel name and pickup time
Our operations team — coordinates everything and stays in contact with you
That is it. No third-party marketing companies. No analytics firms. No data brokers. Just the local team members who are directly involved in making your tour happen.
3.1 Payment Processing
If you pay online, your payment is processed by secure third-party payment providers (Pay On Arrival or PayPal). We never store your credit card numbers or financial details on our servers. The payment provider handles this securely under their own privacy policies.

We may share information if required by Egyptian law, but only to:
Comply with legal obligations
Respond to valid government requests
Protect the safety of our guests or staff
4. Data Retention & Deletion
90-Day Deletion Policy: Your personal information is permanently deleted from our systems within 90 days after your tour is completed. We keep data for 90 days (not less) to allow time for any post-trip support, refund processing, or follow-up you may need.
You can request immediate deletion at any time by contacting us
Anonymous, aggregated data (like "X number of tourists visited Luxor this month") may be retained for business analytics — this data cannot identify you
If you have an active booking, we retain your data until the tour is completed plus 90 days
Review content you voluntarily submit (like testimonials) is kept separately with your permission
